I was always all natural, I never used steroids. This

photo shows what a natural bodybuilder can achieve.

Above middle: This is my "before" photo. I get so many calls from Moms asking about their teenage son who is so skinny and asking me "can he get bigger by working out?"

Well, here's my photo as a skinny teenager just before I started working out.

Yes, working out can do wonders.

Above right: In 1979 I visited the Nautilus Headquarters in Deland, Florida and met Casey

Viator in person and watched him workout. He's huge! Boy did that motivate me!

What is the leading cause of death? Is it heart disease, cancer? No, the leading cause of death is IGNORANCE.  If people took the time to educate themselves on the true causes of these diseases, they would find that that are in control of their health and the death rates from these disease would drop.

Recommended Books:

1. Errors in Hygiene?!!?, Vivian Virginia Vetrano ISBN0-9702119-2-9 available in Living Nutrition Magazine

2. The Pleasure Trap - Douglas Lisle, Alan Goldhamer, Learn about the motivational triad and why it takes the human body from 30 to 90 days or more to adapt to a raw foods diet free of foods artificially engineered to be high in sugar, fat, and salt.

3. The China Study - T. Colin Campbell

4. The 80-10-10 Diet, by Dr. Doug Graham, available at www.foodnsport.com This book tells all you really need to know about the raw food diet and being healthy. It summarizes everything in the following Essential Natural Hygiene Course, so if you really want to go into more detail, then you can get the ENF course, if not, then this book is all you need.

5. The Essential Natural Hygiene Course - see it at www.transformationinstitute.org This is the most comprehensive material I have found about the raw food diet and lifestyle. Natural Hygiene is the science of health, the study of the conditions which promote health and prevent disease. I studied this for 3 hours per day for six months to get my Essential Natural Hygiene certificate. It answers many questions and has some great topics such as should you eat salt, molasses, honey, sugar, garlic, herbs. There are chapters with titles such as: Why most supplements are inferior, herbal drugs, human digestive physiology, and food combining - a topic I didn't touch on here, but is very important for your eating. This course is a MUST read, sure it costs a couple hundred dollars, but it was instrumental in my sticking to the raw food diet. Many people only last about 1 year on the raw food diet then drop out. But having this knowledge gave me the information I needed to stick with it. For instance, by knowing exactly how bad eating meat is for you, I'm sure not going to eat it again - and this course gave me what I needed to know. BUY THIS COURSE!!!!
